Terms of product sales are FOB Shipping Point, when utilizing a common carrier for delivery. In the event that JWS delivers a product to a customer (not common carrier), then title to the product passes to the customer upon delivery.
Users creating accounts must provide accurate and truthful information. JWS reserves the right to cancel accounts for violations, including providing false information or misuse. Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials and are liable for all activities conducted under their account.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is true and that you agree to abide by this agreement. Please note that your account can be cancelled without notice if it is determined that false or misleading information has been provided, this Agreement has been violated, or other abuses have occurred as determined by JWS in its sole discretion.
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. All sales are FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise specified. Customers are responsible for accurate delivery details.

JWS’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision, and a waiver by JWS of any right under these Terms and Conditions on any occasion will not in any way constitute a waiver of such right or any other right on any other occasion.
JWS utilizes carrier resources for timely and reliable shipping for large-scale orders. Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information. Any returns must be initiated within 72-hours of receipt, subject to approval and condition of goods. Restocking fees and/or shipping costs may apply. To initiate a return, first submit a request for review to support@JanSupply.com. JWS maintains the right to restrict or deny returns based on its sole discretion.
JWS is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. All prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
